قاد رئيس النادي عبدالمحسن سادس عام 2026 على قاعدة واضحة: أن يعمل النادي مؤسسةً لا أفراداً. قيادة ثلاثية مع نائبيه، ولجان بقادة وفرق، وتوثيق لكل عمل، وتسليم منظم لمن يأتي بعدنا، تحت إشراف الملحقية الثقافية السعودية في أستراليا وبالتنسيق مع سفارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين.SSAM President Abdulmohsin Sades led 2026 on one clear principle: SSAM works as an institution, not as individuals. A leadership team of three with the two Vice Presidents, committees with leads and teams, every piece of work documented, and an orderly handover to those who come next. All under the supervision of the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in Australia and in coordination with the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.

قاد رئيس النادي التخطيط للعام، فاعتمد تقويم 2026، ثم خطة إعلامية موحدة للربع الأخير، وخريطة حوكمة تحفظ ما يُبنى: جمعية عمومية وبيان سنوي، وأمين سر مستقل، وملكية النادي لحساباته وأصوله الرقمية، وتسليم سنوي موثق للإدارة القادمة.The President led the planning, setting the 2026 calendar, then a unified media plan for the final quarter and a governance roadmap that protects what is built: an AGM and annual statement, an independent secretary, club ownership of its accounts and digital assets, and a documented annual handover to the next board.

يشرف رئيس النادي مباشرة على الاتصال المؤسسي والشؤون المالية والتنظيمية والتقييم والجودة، ويتوزع الإشراف على بقية اللجان مع نائب الرئيس عبدالله الدماعين ونائبة الرئيس روان العجمي، ولكل مشروع قائد ومشرف وفريق مسجلون في سجل المشاريع. ويلتزم النادي بمتطلبات الجمعيات المسجلة في فكتوريا، ولا تُغلق مناسبة قبل مراجعة تقييماتها وإصدار تقرير عنها، من المنتدى واليوم الوطني إلى «مرفأ» والأعياد وسائر المناسبات، ويرفع رئيسه تقارير النادي إلى الملحقية الثقافية والسفارة.The President directly oversees Corporate Communications, Finance and Organisational Affairs, and Evaluation and Quality, with the other committees overseen by Vice Presidents Abdullah Aldamaeen and Rawan Alajmi, and every project has a lead, an overseer and a team recorded in the projects ledger. SSAM meets the requirements of an incorporated association in Victoria No event closes before its evaluations are reviewed and a report is issued, from the Forum and National Day to Marfa, the Eids and every other occasion, and its President reports formally to the Cultural Mission and the Embassy.

يعمل النادي تحت إشراف الملحقية الثقافية وبالتنسيق مع السفارة، ويوثق كل محطة رسمية بتقرير. وفي المنتدى السعودي 2026 بحضور القائم بأعمال الملحقية الثقافية آنذاك د. جعفر المالكي والوزير المفوض أ. مشعل العتيبي، أدار رئيس النادي عبدالمحسن سادس الحوار المفتوح مع الطلبة. وقدّم رئيس النادي اللقاء المفتوح الأول لسعادة الملحق الثقافي د. مها السليمان مع الطلبة وأدار الحوار فيه، ودعاها النادي لحفل الخريجين.SSAM works under the supervision of the Cultural Mission and in coordination with the Embassy, and documents every official occasion with a report. At the 2026 Saudi Forum, attended by the then Acting Cultural Attaché, Dr Jafar Almalki, and Minister Plenipotentiary Mishal Alotaibi, SSAM President Abdulmohsin Sades moderated the open dialogue with students. The President also presented and moderated the first open meeting between the Cultural Attaché, Dr Maha Alsulaiman, and students, and SSAM invited her to the Graduates Ceremony.

The Pinnacle Dental and Focus Language School partnerships ran through the year, Pinnacle Dental was Diamond sponsor and IGEC Australia Gold sponsor of National Day, and the Graduates Ceremony has academic sponsorship from the University of Melbourne and La Trobe University.

أرست رئاسة النادي منظومة ساعات موثقة لا يعتمد فيها أحد ساعاته بنفسه، وتصير بوابة الأعضاء الجديدة مرجعها، وطلب شهادات رسمية من الملحقية لمتطوعيه ومنظميه. وللعضو واتساب واحد ورد خلال يومي عمل، ونافذة «صوتك» في البوابة برد خلال 48 ساعة.The presidency built a documented hours system in which no one approves their own hours, with the new member portal as its reference, and requested official certificates from the Cultural Mission for its volunteers and organisers. Members have one WhatsApp number with a reply within two working days, and a "Your Voice" channel in the portal answered within 48 hours.

واصل النادي برامجه وطوّرها: أكاديمية الأصالة بقيادة د. سارة المطيري امتداداً لمدرسة النادي عبر السنين، ومبادرة «مرفأ» للدعم النفسي، التي انطلقت من حرص رئيس النادي على الوقوف مع الطلبة فيما يمرون به نفسياً، وأسسها د. أحمد الشديدي مع التطوع الصحي بعسير، و«دوائر التواصل القيادي» مع المجلس السعودي للقادة، فرع أستراليا بقيادة سالم النواف، وأدارت المشروع روان العجمي، وتولى رئيس النادي فيها ملف الشراكات والرعايات، إلى جانب سلسلة «اكتشف ملبورن» للأسر والطلبة التي قادها رئيس النادي.SSAM continued and developed its programs: Alassala Academy, led by Dr Sarah Almutairi and carrying on the club school of past years; the Marfa wellbeing initiative, born of the President's concern to stand with students through the pressures they carry, and founded by Dr Ahmed Alshudaidi with Asir Health Volunteering; Leaders Network Circles with the Saudi Leadership Society, Australia Chapter, led by Salem Alnawaf, with Rawan Alajmi as project manager; with the President handling partnerships and sponsorship; and the Discover Melbourne series for families and students, led by the President.

وثّق النادي تاريخه منذ 2008: سجل رؤسائه بمصادره، وأرشيف الحفلات والصحافة واليوم الوطني، لتبقى ذاكرته لمن بعده. وأطلق موقعه المؤسسي ssamau.com بفكرة رئيس النادي عبدالمحسن سادس وإشرافه وتطوير فيصل العتيبي، ومعه بوابة للأعضاء وحسابات موحدة يملكها النادي.SSAM documented its history since 2008: a sourced record of its presidents, and archives of its ceremonies, press coverage and National Day, so its memory stays for those who follow. It launched its institutional website, ssamau.com, conceived and overseen by SSAM President Abdulmohsin Sades and developed by Faisal Alotaibi, with a member portal and unified accounts owned by the club.
