جمعية طلابية غير ربحية، تعمل تحت إشراف الملحقية الثقافية السعودية في أستراليا، وبالتنسيق مع سفارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين. نخدم كل طالب وطالبة من أبناء المملكة في فكتوريا، مبتعثين ودارسين على حسابهم الخاص، وأسرهم معهم، والتواصل مع النادي للجميع عبر واتساب واحد.A not for profit student association operating under the supervision of the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in Australia, in coordination with the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia. We serve every Saudi student in Victoria, scholarship holder or self funded, and their families, and everyone reaches the club on a single WhatsApp number.

نادي الطلبة السعوديين في ملبورن (SSAM)، ويُعرف أيضاً بالنادي السعودي في ملبورن، جمعية طلابية غير ربحية مسجلة لدى Consumer Affairs Victoria، يعمل تحت إشراف الملحقية الثقافية السعودية في أستراليا، وبالتنسيق مع سفارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين. يجمع الطلبة السعوديين وأسرهم عبر جامعات فكتوريا ومعاهدها، ويفتح أبوابه لكل ناطق بالعربية ولأصدقاء مجتمعنا في ملبورن من خلال فعالياته المفتوحة ودليله للمدينة.The Saudi Students Association in Melbourne (SSAM) is a not for profit incorporated association registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria. It operates under the supervision of the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) in Australia, and in coordination with the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia. We bring Saudi students and their families together across Victoria's universities and institutes, and our open events and Melbourne guide welcome every Arabic speaker and friend of our community in the city.

في 2026 احتفل معنا أكثر من 1,300 زائر باليوم الوطني في St Kilda Town Hall، والتقى أكثر من 300 من الطلبة وأسرهم بالملحقية الثقافية والسفارة في المنتدى السعودي السنوي، وتعلّم أبناء المبتعثين العربية والقرآن في أكاديمية الأصالة، وسجّل 212 خريجاً وخريجة لحفل الخريجين والخريجات لدفعة 2026/2027. وكل ذلك يديره متطوعون ومتطوعات في ثماني لجان متخصصة، مع برنامج أكاديمية الأصالة ومبادرة مرفأ.In 2026, more than 1,300 guests celebrated Saudi National Day with us at St Kilda Town Hall, more than 300 students and family members met the Cultural Mission and the Embassy at the Annual Saudi Forum, scholarship students' children learned Arabic and the Quran at Alassala Academy, and 212 graduates registered for the Graduates Ceremony for the 2026/2027 cohort. All of it is run by volunteers across eight specialist committees, the Alassala Academy program and the Marfa initiative.

ونحن امتداد لمسيرة طويلة. في 2008 وقف رئيس النادي متحدثاً في حفل تخريج المبتعثين بجامعة لاتروب، وفي 2017 أصبح النادي جمعية مسجلة رسمياً في ولاية فكتوريا، واحتفى في العام نفسه بتخريج 307 مبتعثين ومبتعثات في جامعة موناش. ثم توالت الدفعات حتى تجاوز من كرّمهم النادي في حفلاته الموثقة ألف خريج وخريجة. تتعاقب على قيادته إدارات متطوعة، رجالاً ونساءً، تسلّم كل منها الراية لمن بعدها، ويبقى بيتاً لكل طالب سعودي يصل إلى ملبورن.We carry a long story forward. In 2008 the club's president addressed the graduation of Saudi scholarship students at La Trobe University. In 2017 the club became an incorporated association in Victoria, and that same year celebrated 307 graduates at a ceremony held at Monash University. Cohort after cohort followed, and the graduates honoured at the club's documented ceremonies now number more than a thousand. Volunteer boards, led by men and women alike, have each passed the torch to the next, and the club remains a home for every Saudi student who arrives in Melbourne.

He has served SSAM since 2022, as head of the media committee, then advisor, then Vice President in 2025, and leads it in 2026 within a leadership team of three, on an institutional approach built for sustainability. He oversees Corporate Communications, Finance and Organisational Affairs, and Evaluation and Quality, and leads partnerships and sponsorship, relations with the Cultural Mission, coordination with the Embassy, and SSAM's reports to both.

سياسة الرعاية والشراكاتSponsorship and Partnership Policy: لا يُفعّل شعار الشريك ولا أي من مزاياه إلا بعد استكمال الاتفاق واستلام الدفعة أو تأكيد الدعم العيني كتابياً. لا نعد إلا بما نستطيع تنفيذه، ونفصّل حقوق كل فئة كتابياً، ولا نضع شعارات الرعاة على شهادات الخريجين.No partner logo or benefit is activated until the agreement is complete and payment is received, or in kind support is confirmed in writing. We promise only what we can deliver, set out each tier's benefits in writing, and never place sponsor logos on graduates' certificates.
حماية بيانات الأعضاءMember Data Protection: لا نشارك بيانات أعضائنا أو خريجينا أو متطوعينا مع أي جهة، شريكاً كان أو راعياً. ومن أراد فرصة من شريك تقدّم لها بنفسه.We never share the data of our members, graduates or volunteers with any organisation, partner or sponsor. Anyone interested in a partner's opportunity applies directly.
التقارير بعد الفعالياتPost Event Reporting: نرفع بعد كل فعالية كبرى تقريراً إلى الملحقية الثقافية السعودية في أستراليا، وننسق مع سفارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين فيما يخصها، ونرسل للشركاء تقريراً بالصور والتغطية.After every major event we submit a report to the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in Australia, coordinate with the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia where relevant, and send partners a report with photographs and coverage.
الموافقة قبل النشرConsent Before Publishing: لا ننشر اسم أحد أو صورته إلا بموافقته، ولا ننشر صور الأطفال إلا بموافقة أولياء أمورهم، ولا نذكر أسماء الأطفال. ومن حق أي شخص طلب حذف صورته أو اسمه في أي وقت عبر info@ssamau.com.We publish a person's name or photograph only with their consent, children's photographs only with a guardian's consent, and never children's names. Anyone may ask us to remove their photo or name at any time via info@ssamau.com.
التحقق من شهادات التطوعVolunteer Certificate Verification: تحمل شهادات التطوع والمشاركة التي يصدرها النادي رقماً مرجعياً، والتحقق الإلكتروني على ssamau.com/verify متاح للشهادات الصادرة بنظام النادي الجديد. وساعات التطوع وشهاداته توثيق داخلي يصدره النادي بمبادرة منه، وليس وثيقة رسمية من الملحقية الثقافية ولا من أي جهة أخرى، ولا يحق لأحد مطالبة الملحقية أو أي جهة بها.SSAM volunteer and participation certificates carry a reference number, and online checking at ssamau.com/verify is available for certificates issued through the club's new system. Volunteer hours and certificates are an internal SSAM record issued at the club's own initiative. It is not an official document of the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission or any other body, and no one may claim it from the Mission or any other body.

ثماني لجان، وبرنامج، ومبادرة بالشراكةEight committees, a program and a partnership initiative

لكل لجنة رئيس، ولأغلبها نائب، ويتوزع الإشراف عليها بين الرئيس ونائبيه. ويضم الهيكل برنامج أكاديمية الأصالة ومبادرة مرفأ بالشراكة مع التطوع الصحي بعسير.Each committee has a chair, most have a deputy, and oversight is shared between the President and the two Vice Presidents. The structure also includes the Alassala Academy program and the Marfa partnership initiative.
